New Boathouse @ Lake Lorman

This new construction boathouse is compact but packed with efficient spaces including: a single boat slip, storage room, fish cleaning station, screened porch, and covered porch, along with a large walkway to the roomy pier with an incredible view. The asymmetrical roof allowed for the roomy screened porch and covered porch within the confining building requirements of the lake. It stands out from all the other boathouses as unique and stunning. The perfect spot to sit and watch a beautiful sunset!
